The fund will pursue control and control-oriented investments across shipping-adjacent infrastructure, including vessels, container and equipment fleets, terminal and yard operations, and contracted logistics capacity. The strategy is designed to integrate operating assets with technology platforms and data systems intended to improve utilization, transparency, and operational coordination across logistics networks.
